MAINTENANCE & ASSESSMENTS FEES ARE DUE JANUARY IS AN ODD MONTH Please park on the odd numbered side of the street. CLUBHOUSE On Thursday January 4, 2024 we received our Certificate of Occupancy from PBC (copy attached). We are now able to move forward with the renovation of the indoor and main outdoor pool along with the outdoor dining area. Cafe and ID Cards are issued everyday from 9:00am – 11:00am at the reception area. CAFE – SEAFOOD NIGHT Another great dinner is scheduled for Thursday January 11, 2024 from 5pm – 7pm Dinner will be your choice of Seafood or Chicken. Reservations are required. Please call Jeff at 774-634-9910 to reserve your table. See Seafood menu attached. CAFE MENU Pecan crusted chicken on a salad has been added to the menu along with sugar free desserts. BOX OFFICE HOURS Mondays & Wednesdays – 9:30am – 11:30am CONCERT SERIES TICKET PICKUP January 8th at One Stop Shopping 9:30am – 11:30am January 10th, 11th & 12th at the Box Office 9:30am – 11:30am ONE STOP SHOPPING – MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS 9:30am – 11:30am They are located in card room 1 on the clubhouse lower level. You can purchase (checks only) tickets to the Clubs and Organization’s events, become a member or pay your current dues. FITNESS STUDIO There have been changes to the exercise calendar. The updated calendar is attached. HPA EXPO – SUNDAY JANUARY 7th – 11:00am – 1:00pm – CLUBHOUSE BALLROOM See attached flyer. LIBRARY The library is set up to borrow books on an “honor” system of returning what’s been read! No check out necessary! When donating books, please check the books condition. Do not bring in books that are yellowing, torn or written in! Also, we accept ONLY fiction, biographies & memoirs. NO cookbooks, travel or other non fiction you might want to get rid of. Take them to the public library. BINGO – TONIGHT – 7pm – CLUBHOUSE BALLROOM Please arrive no later than 6:30 to purchase your Bingo Cards. Markers will be available for purchase. HOLIDAY DECORATIONS Please remember that all decorations need to be removed by January 8th. PBC SEMIANNUAL WATER SYSTEM FLUSH In order to deliver the highest quality water, periodic line flushing is required. Starting January 4th, thru January 25, 2024 PBCWUD will be using free chlorine for water treatment. This is only temporary and the water is safe to drink. If you need more information you can call PBCWUD at 561-740-4600 option #1. LANDSCAPING Maximum landscaping just replaced sod along the roadway, and one day later, it’s destroyed in many parts of the community. Please be mindful as you drive and keep off the grass. (See photos below). SALES TAX FREE HOLIDAY The new Florida sales tax holiday started Jan. 1st, and runs till Jan. 14th. You can save on clothing, shoes, bags, school supplies and computers.
