There are signs at all the pools requesting residents to SHOWER before entering the pool. The oils from your sunscreen clog the filters. These filters are expensive. We all pay these bill
NORTH POOL
Saturday night, it was reported the water level was dropping in the pool. A piston was stuck and not allowing the pool’s water auto-fill to work. The problem was fixed Sunday morning before the pool opened.
CLUBHOUSE RENOVATION-NO TRESPASSING
The Theatre stage floor was sanded and stained this week.
The indoor pool ceiling has been painted, and the scaffolding removed.
All the new interior doors were delivered yesterday.
CAFE RENOVATION
The additional Kitchen Freezer was delivered this week.
The equipment installation is scheduled to start next week.
The painter will be returning to do touch-up work.
RED CARD REFUND 2022
The last refund checks have been mailed to the unit owners of Phases II, III & IV who are owed a refund. Due to delays with the mail in Florida, please have patience and give it a week to be received.
PAP CORP WALKATHON
Their 7th Annual Walkathon will be held tomorrow morning, Saturday
March 4th, starting at 9:00 am by the tennis courts. There will be close to 200 residents, family and friends participating in this event. Please be cautious when driving through the community.
SNOWBIRDS PLUS CLUB
They did it again. Another outstanding event. Their “Roaring Twenties” annual Gala was held on Monday night at the Delray Beach Golf Club. The meal was wonderful, and the band “Euphoria” was fantastic. Everybody who attended had a great time.
ONE STOP SHOPPING
You can purchase tickets (checks only) for all HPA Events/Shows/Concerts plus all Clubs and Organizations every Monday and Wednesday from 9:30 am to 11:30 am under the awning by the tennis courts.
