POOLS/SPAS
We were notified that a few residents are using the pools alone. No matter how good a swimmer you are, you should never swim alone. Always swim with someone else. Circumstances beyond your control can lead to a fatal consequence. Drowning can occur in less than two minutes.
CLUBHOUSE RENOVATION – NO TRESPASSING
Scaffolding has been put up in the indoor pool before painting can begin.
Painting has been completed in the Card rooms and Gym.
Tile work has started in the locker rooms.
CAFE RENOVATION
Monday the cafe tables and chairs were delivered and set up.
The final delivery of kitchen equipment was received on Wednesday.
The installation of the new equipment will begin next week.
RED CARD REFUND – 2022
The first refund checks have just been mailed to Phase I Owners who are owed a refund. Due to the delays with mail in Florida, please have patience and give it a week to be received.
HPA BOD MEETING – 2/20/2023
The Board approved the following:
Shuffleboard Court Structure Painting by RCI for $9875.00.
New Termite Stations around the perimeter of the Clubhouse by All Florida Pest Control for $4195.
Replacing 6 Awnings on the Tennis/Pickleball Courts that are torn. Walker Awnings will do the work for $8100. The awning structures will be painted by the staff prior to the awnings being delivered.
On the recommendation of the Bench Committee the board approved the following:
The Donation of Benches to HP.
The Benches will be purchased at Park Warehouse, Delray Beach.
The style will be Colonial Recycled Plastic Bench/Green Bench Donation Agreement must be completed and submitted to Campbell.
A Plaque no larger than 2×6 may be attached to the bench.
The bench, plaque, shipping, set up and installation to be paid by donor.

PAVING LADY UPDATE
Paving Lady has postponed their March deposition. At this time no new date has been scheduled. Our attorney sent Paving Lady a letter of intent to repair the Driveways that have ponding issues. Paving Lady has the right to take pictures of the areas that will be repaired and/or be present when the repairs are made. We are waiting for them to respond.

You can purchase tickets (checks only) for all HPA/Events/Shows/Concerts plus all Clubs and Organizations every Monday and Wednesday from 9:30am to 11:30am under the awning by the tennis courts.
